CAPRA holds details of our members' names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers,
subscription paid, and the date that the payments were made.
We use this information to administer the business of the association and to send out news about the
activities of the association. We will not share this information with other organisations. You can
unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting us. We also can use the information to answer
queries (from the member concerned) about membership fees and donations, and for auditing
purposes.
If you wish to see the data we hold about you, or have it changed or deleted, please ask us.
We will retain this data indefinitely, unless asked to delete it.
The lawful basis (as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation) for processing personal
data is "legitimate interests".
